Nivasa Living is a luxury mixed-use coastal development in Redondo Beach, California centered on the idea of home as a place of alignment, belonging, and restoration. The name “Nivasa" refers to dwelling or sanctuary, shaping the project’s guiding vision of environments designed with intention and care.

VISION

Nivasa Living is a holistic residential community designed to restore connection, balance, and vitality through intentional design and holistic planning. Outdoor elements such as a zen garden extend restorative environments beyond the interior.
